In most cases, deposits reflect instantly. If yours has not appeared after 10–15 minutes, first check that the transaction was completed on your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank side. If the payment went through but your balance has not updated, contact support with a screenshot of the transaction confirmation. Do not attempt the deposit again until you have confirmed with support, to avoid double charging.
